CTX008 – Constrict – Acceptance EP

Our 8th outing has been a long time in the making but, trust us, it’s worth the wait. Comprising three original tunes by Constrict, and an absolutely wicked Ill Truth remix, it’s another studied excursion through the deep end of liquid drum and bass.

Never Lost is almost a quintessential roller. Big, bold and just a little bit soulful, it’s haunting and elated in equal measure, and a warm welcome to what’s to come.

Feelings Fade is something else entirely. Featuring the prodigious vocal talents of Bristol’s Siege MC, it’s a deeply resonant liquid track given extra weight by some bars that are fathoms deep.

Acceptance, a collab with fellow tastemakers Soul:Motion, switches things up again. Wading straight into the deep end, it comes correct with a weighty second drop that’s bound to turn heads.

Never Lost’s Ill Truth remix is, as expected, incredible. Taking Never Lost and switching it up completely, it brings a razor-sharp, techy edge to proceedings that’s perfectly made for sending in the mix.
