For our 20th main label series release, we are very excited to welcome Markus Kocar aka Wingz back for his second release on the label after 2017’s Unconditional single. This time round it’s a three track affair with two original tunes and a hard-hitting Creatures remix that perfectly rounds off the EP.

With You kicks the EP off in epic style; it’s a rare diversion from the usual Wingz output and a sub-low, ornamental liquid track that rolls, evolves and rolls again. Both big and very clever. Calling is right the other end of the spectrum. A slamming, technoid roller of a track, it’s relentless, harsh and the kind of thing that causes absolute havoc when it drops. Finally Bristol’s rising star Creatures has put his signature chunky dark twist on With You. Bringing in the elements that make the original great, man like Creatures switches things up with a rugged drum line and pounding bass that make this a DJ essential.

It’s always a pleasure to work with old friends again, and doubly so when they deliver the goods in such epic style. The Calling EP is yet another notch in the irresistible rise of Context Audio throughout 2020, and an exceptional collection of weapons for the discerning listener.
